My Story

I was orphaned at the age of 9 due to a domestic violence tragedy in my home.

My mom is the most important figure in my life, and she always taught me to stay positive and look for opportunities in every situation, even when it seemed like there weren’t any.

My humble beginnings inspired me to show the world that people like me deserve a chance. And I’ve always been passionate about bringing people together from various backgrounds.

I learned early on that music is one of the most powerful tools used to bring people together. Regardless of your background, you enjoy music in one form or another. I’ve tried to pursue things in my life that bring people together in the same way that music does.

I’ve been fortunate enough to make it out of my disadvantaged starting point and become a success story. But a big part of that was the access I had to incredible opportunities and helpful guidance.

I want to scale up the access I had so that my story is possible for more people. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Everyone should have a chance no matter where they come from.

Throughout my journey, my biggest learning has been that we’re all going through something, no matter how “good” or “bad” our circumstances look to someone else. The key factor that has always driven me has been the struggles I’ve faced. We all have our struggles. We all have our challenges.

My message is universal - we’re all going through something. And we have the opportunity to turn our adversity into our advantages.

I’ve come to believe that the world would be a better place if everyone was empowered to do what they love. In order to do that, we need to do three things:

1. Ensure that everyone has a chance no matter where they come from.

2. Inspire people to actualize their imagination.

3. Provide people with access and guidance to the opportunities that enable their dreams.

Everything I do is devoted to doing those things.
